Your order will be shipped from My Optomedic Warehouse in Cheras, Kuala Lumpur. Tracking number of your order will be sent to your email once we shipped out your order. All deliveries within Malaysia & Singapore by GDex and the rest of the countries by FedEx.
Malaysia Delivery (Peninsular & East Malaysia)
FREE delivery nationwide for purchase above RM350. Otherwise, RM7.50 (Peninsular MY)/ RM15.80 (East MY) will be charged for each delivery. Estimated delivery time is 4 – 7 working days subject to stock availability.
Self-Collect at My Optomedic Warehouse
Self-Collect at our warehouse is FREE of charge (For selected customer only). Collection details will be sent to your WhatsApp once your order is ready for collection. Please be informed that collection time is from Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm, and we are closed on Weekends & Public Holidays.
